Common questions about pricing

Are there any setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. SniffHQ is month-to-month. If you decide it's not the right fit, you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
What does "Twilio SMS costs billed separately" mean?
SMS notifications are powered by Twilio. On Professional and Enterprise plans, you'll set up your own Twilio account (free to create) and messages are billed by Twilio directly at their standard rates — typically around $0.0079 per SMS in the US. For most facilities sending a few hundred messages a month, this adds up to just a few dollars.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a fully functional live demo at demo.sniffhq.app that you can explore without signing up. If you'd like a personalized trial with your own data, reach out via our contact page and we'll set one up for you.
What is the 2-hour SLA on Enterprise?
Enterprise customers are guaranteed a response and initial resolution attempt within 2 business hours for any support request during standard business hours (9 AM – 6 PM ET, Monday through Friday). For critical issues that affect your ability to operate, we treat them as highest priority.
